La Manufacture was born from a deep attachment to Quebec. Since 2019, our artisanal distillery has been producing premium spirits from ingredients grown within 75 kilometers of our stills. Grains from the Laurentians, apples from the neighboring orchard, organic ginger from Tremblant. Here, the land is our raw material.
