Distillerie la ManufactureIn Greek mythology, Panacea was the goddess of universal remedy, the one who held the cure for all ailments. For centuries, alchemists and herbalists sought her secret recipe. Without divine pretensions, our distiller Laurent sought his own.
The result: a botanical gin made from our Narval vodka, itself born from the corn and wheat grains of the Laurentians harvested less than 75 km from here. Infused with a blend of aromatics drawn from the heart of Quebec's flora, the same herbs that the forests around Sainte-Agathe have always offered to those who know how to look.
La Panacée is an herbaceous and peppery gin with fruity notes. A gin to drink on the rocks on a Friday night, or with a citrus sparkling water when summer stretches too quickly.
On ice with sparkling citrus water, a slice of lime. Let the boreal herbs speak for themselves.
