What grows near here ends up in your glass

Behind every bottle of La Manufacture lies a clear philosophy, summarized in five words: grain to bottle. Here, no neutral alcohol is simply flavored and then bottled. Everything starts at the source, with the grain, and each step is carried out entirely in-house, in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts.

From milling to fermentation, from distillation to bottling, the entire process is handled by our team, with our equipment and according to our own quality standards.

It's a more demanding path, and a more rigorous one too. But it's the only one that truly matches our vision of the craft.
