Rose Cordial was born from a simple idea: to give a second life to freshly zested limes used in the production of Panacée gin. Rather than discarding the leftovers, we extract their juice to make a syrup infused with redcurrant, pink peppercorn, coriander, sour cherries, and hibiscus.
The result is a syrup that perfectly enhances the dune pepper notes of Panacée, while adding a beautiful floral and fruity depth.
